Terms and Conditions

Please arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment to fill out paperwork and get settled.

LATENESS

Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in your appointment being rescheduled and the loss of your deposit.

DEPOSITS

A $100 deposit upon booking an appointment is required to hold your time slot. The $100 will go toward the cost of your procedure.

CANCELLATION

A 48-hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment. Failing to cancel your appointment before 48 hours will result in your losing the deposit.

PRICING

Prices are listed on the website. We will not haggle or negotiate.

GRATUITIES

Gratuity is appreciated! Cash tips are preferred, but PayPal, Cash App and Zelle are also accepted or can it can be added to your payment.

TOUCH-UPS

Permanent Makeup is an Art. No two people will heal the same way. We prefer to err on the side of caution. While it is easy to add more pigment, it can be very difficult to remove. For this reason, we do not guarantee results and do not offer free touch-ups.

NO SHOW POLICY:

Any client that does not show for their scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit and will be charged full price for the no show. You may reschedule your appointment but would require an additional non-refundable deposit to secure the time slot.
CHILDREN/PET POLICY:

Although we love our children and furry friends, they may not accompany you to the appointment. We appreciate your business and support.

COVID 19

If you are having symptoms or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID 19, we ask that you reschedule your appointment. In this case, you will not lose your deposit.
